Never one to settle for standard, Ky has even been asked to paint designs onto a range of obscure objects and areas such as car bonnets, fences and fridges.

The idea to produce hand painted murals came from Ky’s start in spray painting and arts training. After (literally) making his mark on the Melbourne art scene and finishing his tattoo apprenticeship, Ky injected what he learned from body art and Japanese styling into art for the wider community to enjoy. From burger shops and cafes to schools, parks and government projects, Ky has been commissioned to enhance a wide range of buildings and structures with his art.

Ky has teamed up with many garages and workshops to paint custom murals to create a fun and unique space, including a massive 40 metre wall for the guys at Shed Life and oversized entry at Custom Steering Solutions. You can also find Ky’s work at various coffee shops, restaurants and cocktail bars on the Sunshine Coast including Aurenda Coffee Co, Drunken Dumpling and Backlane Bar.
